DEPOSITS
Deposits taken for any hair services are non-refundable, but will be carried over to your next appointment if the correct cancellation notice is given. Please note, deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances.
NO SHOWS
We charge a £15.00 non-refundable consultation fee for all new hair extension clients and colour clients. This fee is not deducted from your bill should you decide to book in.
PATCH TESTS
We require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to any colour appointment, or for any client who hasn’t been to the salon within 6 months. We will not, under any circumstances, carry out your appointment without having the patch test first.
CONSULTATIONS
