DEPOSITS

Deposits taken for hair services are non-refundable, but will be carried over to your next appointment when the correct cancellation notice is given.

We kindly ask for 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or amendments. Any changes made within this time will be charged at 50% of the appointment cost.

NO SHOWS

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Any no-show or cancellation made on the day of your appointment will be charged at 100% of the appointment cost.

PATCH TESTS

We require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to any colour appointment, or for any client who hasn’t been to the salon within 6 months. We will not, under any circumstances, carry out your appointment without having the patch test first.

CONSULTATIONS

We charge a £15.00 non-refundable consultation fee for all new hair extension clients and colour clients. This fee is not deducted from your bill should you decide to book in.
